There are no travel fees for weddings or sessions within 50-miles of Detroit.

Weddings + sessions over 50-miles from Metro-Detroit have minimal fees for car-travel.

If your celebration is out-of-state or destination, I will provide an all-inclusive quote including travel prior to booking. Depending on where your love story takes us, travel expenses may include a roundtrip flight, hotel stay for an appropriate number of nights, and transportation.

Every wedding day and coverage is different, so it’s hard to put an exact number to your photo gallery, but I typically deliver 50-75 photos per hour of coverage. Your final gallery will include all successful images of your day that tell the full story as it was.

I deliver all galleries online sent to you via email with instructions on how to download for safe keeping. You can share this gallery link with family and friends, and even order prints directly within your gallery.

You also have the option to add-on a custom engraved USB box to commemorate your wedding day. The USB will be mailed to you with your entire gallery pre-loaded on it for gallery access always at hand’s reach.

Yes, while the copyright remains with Alaina Miller Photography, all galleries receive freedom to print, share, and preserve your images, now and for generations to come.

Yes! All wedding couples are automatically placed on a 4-Installment payment plan — a flat-rate $1,500 non-refundable retainer due upon contract to book, ⅓ remaining balance due 4-months out, ⅓ due 2-months out. The final ⅓ of balance is due 2-weeks out so you can be fully present and not have to worry about any payments day-of.

Custom plans are available upon request. Just let me know what works best for you on our initial call.

I will come prepared ready to provide coverage for your wedding day rain or shine! Overcast days give such soft light making for stunning wedding photos! What happens if it rains? We have two options - we can relocated any planned outdoor photos to a covered or indoor area OR we can embrace the rain and create some magical photos! I want you to LOVE everything about your photos and experience, so I will always be as flexible as possible so that everything can go beautifully!

I have a short-list of go-to preferred second photographers who I like to have on my team. I will always choose a skilled and tried second photographer to assist me at your wedding. Your memories are too important to me to not have a trusted second at my side.

You will receive the digital scans of your film images at the same time as your full digital gallery so you can view your full day all at once.

Your film negatives will be mailed to the address provided on your contract post-gallery delivery.

Life naturally comes with unexpected moments, so I understand. The retainer is non-refundable but is transferable to a new date.

I do offer a reschedule for a fee stated within the contract. If you're concerned about this, let's have a conversation because I would love to hear and address those concerns!
